Elikya Farms

To achieve our mission of a free Farm-to-School Meal Program, Elikya relies on self-sustaining agriculture. Our goal is to own multiple farms across the DRC to serve as primary food sources for our school meal initiative.

Currently, Elikya owns a five-hectare farm in Ndjili Brasserie, Kinshasa, which includes a medium-sized pig barn. As we expand, we plan to develop more farms to increase food production and reach more schools across the country.

Elikya Kitchen

Once fresh produce and livestock are harvested from Elikya Farms and partner farms, they will be processed, prepared, and stored at Elikya Kitchen before being distributed to schools.

The Elikya Kitchen will be located at the Home of the Dreamers, our future headquarters. It will serve as the heart of our Farm-to-School Meal Program, ensuring that meals are cooked and delivered efficiently to the students who need them most.

Home Of The Dreamers

The Home of the Dreamers will be more than just Elikya’s headquarters—it will be a safe and empowering space for vulnerable children and adults in the community.

This facility will include:

• A school for underprivileged children, including orphans and those cast out due to witchcraft accusations.

• Adult education programs offering career development, language learning, and vocational training.

• The Elikya Football Academy, where young athletes can develop their skills and pursue opportunities in amateur and professional soccer.

The Home of the Dreamers will serve as a beacon of hope, ensuring that children and adults have access to education, sports, and life-changing opportunities.

The Elikya Football Academy

As part of our mission to fight food insecurity and foster youth development, the Elikya Football Academy is a core program of the project.

This academy provides young athletes with equal opportunities to develop their soccer skills and pursue their dreams of playing at either an amateur or professional level. By combining sports, education, and nutrition, Elikya Football Academy helps shape well-rounded individuals with a brighter future ahead.

Elikya School

The Elikya School will provide free, high-quality education to underprivileged children, including orphans, disabled children, and those abandoned due to witchcraft accusations.

By offering a safe learning environment, Elikya School will give these children the opportunity to break free from societal stigma and pursue their dreams. The school will also integrate nutritional education, ensuring students understand the value of a healthy diet and its impact on their future.

Network Farming Systems

Elikya’s Network Farming System allows farm owners and agricultural organizations to collaborate with us by donating land or resources for food production.

Through these partnerships, we can expand farming operations without needing to purchase additional land, allowing us to allocate more funds towards food production, logistics, and meal distribution. This collaborative effort strengthens food security and maximizes our impact.

Farm-to-School Meal Program

The Farm-to-School Meal Program is the foundation of the Elikya Project. Through sustainable farming, we produce and distribute fresh, nutritious meals to public schools in the DRC free of charge.

Our long-term vision is to establish a nationwide school meal system, ensuring that every child in every public school in the DRC has access to daily meals. This program will not only fight hunger but also improve school attendance, academic performance, and overall health for generations to come.

By expanding our farms, developing self-sustaining food production, and building key partnerships, Elikya is creating a forever system that will revolutionize school nutrition in the DRC.
